"ENO TV"

The Anahuacalli Museum was hosting a very special guest with his breathtaking work until today. "77 Milliones de Pinturas" (77 Million Paintings) from Brian Eno was probably the most impressive video installation I was allowed to see in Mexico City so far. An impecable presentation of abstract imagery in combination with soothing ambiental music took me away from the daily overload of useless visual and audible input. As a matter of fact I felt as if I switched my inner TV-set to the "Eno-Channel". I truely enjoyed every second of the colorful, abstract and relaxing compositions that I consider to be a total overthrow of todays lifestyle and frenetic rhythm. Eno shows us back to our inner watch...

Funnily this presentation was placed exactly where my video installation "Schwarzer Elefant" was presented two and half years ago (>>more).
